Salman Khan is the latest entrant in the group Bollywood stars that believes in strengthening ties with Hollywood stalwarts. And slowly but steadily Salman Khan too takes small steps to the doors of Hollywood. However, unlike his ex-flame Aishwarya Rai, Salman's intention to approach Hollywood is totally different. It is not an ambitious career move but a social initiative that has prompted Sallu to knock on Hollywood's doors.
His Being Human brand has taken steps to expand internationally, both in retail and now in production. While Salman also continues to dedicate his time, resources and funds to philanthropy, on the global stage he is now finding himself in the company of none other than George Clooney and Matt Damon. "Not many in India may be aware of the efforts George Clooney and Matt Damon make to raise funds and awareness of many charities across the globe. They do work in USA, Africa, South America, and many underdeveloped nations. Now Salman is recognized in the company of these gentlemen by providing health care, education and skills training to those in desperate need," an entertainment web portal quoted an observer.
