‘Bigg Boss 7′ on Colors was the most watched Asian TV show on UK television last night, according to exclusive data obtained by BizAsia.
The reality TV show, which aired at 21:00 pulled in 123,300 viewers – peaking at 151,500 viewers – the biggest ever for the popular show (On Saturday ‘Bigg Boss 7′ garnered 74,900 viewers). In second place ‘Junior MasterChef’ and ‘Arjun’, which both raked in 100,200 viewers each on Saturday night. Last night’s ‘Junior MasterChef’ could only manage 68,100 viewers, while ‘Arjun’ last night got 91,800 viewers.
The hit stand-up comedy show ‘Comedy Nights With Kapil’ on Saturday (repeat featuring Shah Rukh Khan) pulled in 54,500 viewers, while last night’s episode with special guest Kangana Ranaut attracted 42,300 viewers.
On Colors, ‘Balika Vadhu’ on Saturday night pulled in 26,000 viewers, followed by ‘Madhubala’ (25,500) and ‘Sasural Simar Ka’ (24,000).
On Star Life Ok, ‘Savdhaan India’ remained the leading show with 29,100 viewers on Saturday night and 10,700 viewers last night.
On Rishtey, Pakistani drama ‘Maat’ was the most popular show last night with 79,200 viewers (23,600 on Saturday), while ‘India’s Got Talent’ was top with 40,000 on Saturday (54,200 viewers on Sunday).
